Just recently I purchased this fountain packaging was great no broken parts inside . So excited when I received open the box set it up the same day filled up with the water and enjoying it since then. For the price its a great piece . Looks wonderful for the patio . Maral from Fresno CA.

It looks like real stone, tall, heavy and has strong water pump. This is my second fountain. The 1st one was the 3-tier acorn/pineapple also sold here ($107) but it broke after 2 years with weaker gush of water at almost 2x the price. I like the fact that the water gushes down strongly so it makes a lot of noise. I like hearing the sound of water -- very soothing. My only bad comment is that I wish the bottom parts twist and lock like the upper parts to hold it more securely. Although it is heavy enough not to fall easily. Also, the bottom basin should be a little bit bigger so it could still catch the water gushing down even if there's strong wind. Other than that I'm content with it. Its very good for the price.

This water fountain is a little hard to get the pump connected to the water line, but once it was done and I got the rest of the pieces put together, I was so happy to see such a beautiful finished product! It is top-heavy, like other users have commented, and once you put it in a spot, you'd better plan on keeping it there because it was come apart if you try to move it. Putting silicone between the pieces to hold it together is a wonderful idea! I have my fountain in my front yard and it makes a soothing waterfall-type of sound. Strong pump and beautiful craftsmanship! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a $200 value for a fraction of the cost. (I got mine for less than $70 with free shipping.) The only reason I rated it a four star is because of the fact it is a little tricky to put the pump/hose together and that it is top heavy.

It was extremely difficult to get the rubber hose connected to the pump. I finally concluded it must be 3 inches too short. A trip to Home Depot and about $4 in extra hose and a connector and now it works great!!! Very nice. Got many compliments. I saw a similar one at Lowe's yesterday for $214.

I am very happy to have such a nice looking fountain/birdbath for such a good price. Per other reviews, we have not left it on a timer since it really does need water every day. We have turned down the flow and it is still kind of splashy, but we could turn it down some more. Hubby has already crashed it over due to the non locking upper tiers, so one should take care when moving or adjusting (definitely a 2 person job, and reason why we have not adjusted the flow again). For those of you asking, it is electric, and made out of compressed styrofoam/heavy resin. It did chip when crashed and was easily fixed with super glue. Ultimately, it looks and sounds nice in our courtyard garden and I am happy with the purchase for the price.

We have had fountains before and I enjoy them very much. This one has a nice scale and very pleasant and relaxing. Water flows nicely from top tier to lower one. It was relatively easy to set up. It is perfect for a small garden.
The only down side was the fact that the flutes around the pineapple were broken off in a couple of places. Fountain was well packaged. It seems that bubble wrap was probably taped too aggressively causing delicate pieces to crack off. Since the rest was fine we set it up and it seems to function well.

We bought this as a feature in a small (30'x50') formal garden we had created in our CT home.
It is excellent value for money. Looks good and from more than a foot or two away looks just like real solid stone.

Assembly was straightforward, but the pump *is* a little tricky to finangle into place.

It is not frost proof so we'll be bringing it into the basement for the winter - but we'd have to do that with a solid stone fountain of this type anyways - so its lightness is a plus.

Can't beat it for the price!

I purchased this in a Friday Sale at half price. I would not have paid more for it. Some potential issues to be aware of: It comes in five interlocking pieces. On mine, the base pedestal and main bowl will not twist together securely. The bowl can fall off the base, if tilted while cleaning. (I'm going to use silicon caulk to lock them together.) The basin does not hold a lot of water. I add water every day. I've had to clean the pump's intake grille almost everyday. The space for the pump is small and it takes some maneuvering to get it, the cord and the second pedestal aligned.

The birds love it! Small birds, like goldfinches, enjoy the upper basin, and I've seen up to three robins in the lower basin.

This fountain was easy to put together. It is gorgeous and adds a lot to my garden bed. However, I can not yet get the pump to work. They have sent me a new pump, which I have not installed yet. I am hoping it will work and its not the power cord.

This thing has too many defects to list. The basin does not lock to the pedistal and can fall off very easily. They did drill some holes in the base of the pump chamber so it could get more water -- if that's a hint. Amazon sent another one and it is just as bad. Be warned.
