Smart Solar Key-hole Light There is still no light on the keyhole; solar or otherwise. The item sent was defective so could not be assembled in accordance with the directions that were provided. Since the item was supplied by ContractorsTools I followed the directions given by the Amazon.com web site and emailed Amazon.com. They forwarded my request to ContractorsTools. I requested an RGA and a refund to my credit card. An immediate email response was sent to me from Amazon.com letting me know my message had been forwarded to ContractorsTools and advising me that the seller's response would be sent directly to me via email. When I didn't receive an email response from ContractorsTools in the next few days I searched their web site and found a customer service phone number. I called and gave them all of the information they asked for. After being asked to wait, which I did, the person who had taken my call came back and told me I would be called back. I waited a week and when I still hadn't received the promised return call I called ContractorsTools again. Again, I gave them all of the information they asked for. Again I was asked to wait, which I did. The person I had been talking to came back and told me the person I initially spoke with was out to lunch and since I'd spoken with her the first time I called she had all of the information and would call me back as soon as she returned from lunch. At the end of the work day I still had not been called back. I'm sorely disappointed in the quality of the item I was sold and in the customer service I received. I would never order anything from ContractorsTools again.

Smart Solar Solar Keyhole Lights are solar powered LED light highlights keyholes, door handles and entrances to sheds and green houses. Interchangeable covers allow appearance to be altered to match door furniture or your personal preference (white , brass or chrome). The light stays on for 10 seconds and automatically switches off to conserve energy. It's powered by an integral low light level solar panel to constantly recharge the internal battery (lithium rechargeable battery).
